Hop into the Easter spirit with an egg-citing crafting adventure that will have kids and parents alike jumping for joy! This Easter, we're putting a twist on tradition with our DIY Bilby Ear Crowns and Easter Garlands. With the vibrant hues of PILOT Pintor paint markers, we’ll transform simple materials into festive Easter decorations that are as easy as dyeing eggs!

Materials:

  1. Easter Activity Template by PILOT

  2. Thin cardstock

  3. scissors

  4. glue or tape

Creating Bilby Ear Crowns:

Step 1: Print our Bilby Ear Crown template onto thin card stock. You can find the template on our website.

Step 2: Get creative with your PILOT Pintor Paint Markers! Decorate the crown and side bands with patterns, colours, and designs inspired by Easter and your imagination.

Step 3: Once your artwork is complete, carefully cut out the crown and side bands along the outlines.

Step 4: Use glue or tape to secure the tabs to the sides of the Easter Crown.

Step 5: Measure your head circumference and adjust the size of the crown by taping the loose ends of the headband accordingly.

Step 6: Put on your Bilby Ear Crown and admire your handiwork!

Crafting Easter Garlands:

Step 1: Print a few copies of our Easter Garland template onto thin card stock. You can also find this template on our website.

Step 2: Decorate each piece of the garland using your PILOT Pintor Paint Markers. Let your creativity run wild with fun designs and colours!

Step 3: Carefully cut out each piece of the garland along their outlines.

Step 4: Tape each piece to a length of yarn or twine, spacing them out as desired.

Step 5: Hang your Easter Garland in a prominent place to add a festive touch to your home décor!

Tips and Tricks:

  • PILOT Pintor Paint Markers come in a variety of tip sizes, from Extra Fine to Broad. For this project, we recommend using Broad tipped markers for large areas and Medium tipped markers for finer detail.
